🎤 Capstone Presentation (20 pts)

Record a 5-minute walkthrough of your capstone project. Think of this as what you'd show a hiring manager or a teammate — clear, confident, and focused on decisions, not just steps. Cover:

1. The problem (30 seconds) — what you were solving and for whom.
2. Your design (2 minutes) — walk through your diagram and explain your key decisions: adaptation method, data approach, evaluation plan, and quantization/deployment choice.
3. Your prototype (2 minutes) — show it actually running. Screen-share your code/notebook output, logs, or benchmark results.
4. One production improvement (30 seconds) — the single most important thing you'd change or add to make this production-ready.

Any screen-recording tool is fine (Zoom, Loom, QuickTime, OBS, etc.). Upload the video file or a link to it. Grading: Scored out of 20 points based on clarity, completeness of coverage (all 4 parts above), and evidence that the prototype actually runs.
