🎤 Capstone Presentation (20 pts)

Record a 5-minute walkthrough of your capstone. Screen-share is expected — this is a demo, not a slide deck recitation. Cover, in order:

1. The scenario (30 seconds) — what system you built and for whom.
2. Your top 2 security/governance decisions (90 seconds) — pick the two decisions from your design document you're proudest of, and why they matter for this scenario specifically.
3. Live (or recorded) demo of the prototype (2 minutes) — show the guardrail catching something, the retrieval working, and the red-team case being handled.
4. One thing you'd change for production (60 seconds) — be honest about the gap between your prototype and a real deployment. This is the most important 60 seconds of the video — it shows you understand what "production-ready" actually costs.

Upload as a video file or a link to a hosted recording (e.g., a free screen-recording tool's shareable link). Keep it at or near 5 minutes — reviewers will not watch past 8.
