🎤 Capstone Presentation (20 pts)

Record a 5-minute walkthrough of your capstone. Treat it like a demo you'd give a hiring manager or a project stakeholder — confident, concrete, and honest about tradeoffs. Your presentation should cover:

1. The problem (30 seconds) — what you built and why it matters, in plain language.
2. The design (90 seconds) — walk through your architecture diagram; call out the key infrastructure, serving, and agent/RAG decisions.
3. The prototype, live or recorded (2 minutes) — show it actually working. A real request going in, a real result coming out.
4. One improvement for production (60 seconds) — the single most important thing you'd change or add if this were going to real users tomorrow (more redundancy? better cost controls? a proper eval suite? stronger auth?). Naming this well is itself a sign of engineering maturity — nobody ships something with zero known gaps.

Use any screen-recording tool you're comfortable with (Loom, QuickTime, OBS, Zoom's local recording, etc.). Upload the video file or a shareable link. Keep it to 5 minutes. Part of the skill being graded here is communicating a complex system clearly and concisely — the kind of update a manager or client actually has time to watch.
